Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund commencement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your download to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof (such as a screen recording) of you deleting the digital product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@yesspyro.com. You will need to send over proof of you deleting the product.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a notification by email. The refund will be provided using the same payment method you used to buy the product. The funds will be sent back in your account within 14 days of the refund being accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your email upon purchase and contact us immediately if there are any issues (such as no product download email being sent to the email address you provided, if you receive an incomplete product or a different product to what you ordered) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of the date on which your refund request was accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
